How to use

1. Open the flip locks and pull out the leg sections to the height you need, then close the locks.
2. Spread the legs and set the leg angle with the red angle locks.
3. Screw the quick release plate into the bottom of your camera.
4. Slide the plate into the ball head and tighten the clamp knob.
5. Loosen the ball head knob, frame your shot, then tighten it to lock the position.
6. For panoramas, loosen the pan knob and rotate the head on its base.
7. To use as a monopod, unscrew the foam-grip leg, attach it to the centre column with the head and extend it.
